What is spirituality and walking a spiritual path mean?

This came to me in my morning meditation. Coming from a former high achieving people please human doer who spent most of my adult life spiralling in my conditioning of do more, this hits. If I can get here, so can you. And this beautifully articulates what it means to walk a spiritual path and lean in to your spirituality.

SPIRITUALITY

I am a spiritual being having a human experience. I was conditioned to be a human doer. I now recognize my SOLE purpose in life is not:

🚫to climb a career ladder

🚫Check everything off my to do list

🚫Optimize my time to DO more with less

🚫Be a cog in a wheel going nowhere

I AM meant for…

✨MORE joy.

✨More bliss

✨More love 💕

✨More laughter.

I am meant for…

🌿connecting with other souls

🌿Connecting with Gaia

🌿Watching rain fall

🌿Feeling the sun on my face

🌿Warm tea by the fire

And I am meant to awaken more souls to the 5D in a 3D world experience.

And to help you remember who you are.
